Asmakam Gram is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here. We process it with your consent, given when you register, order or subscribe, and for the legitimate uses the Act allows, such as fulfilling an order and meeting legal obligations.You can view and edit your profile and addresses from your account at any time.You may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with, ask us to correct, complete or erase it, withdraw consent you have given, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in the event of death or incapacity.Erasure does not extend to invoice records, which tax law requires us to retain.Write to our Grievance Officer, to be appointed, at info@asmakamgram.org. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month.
