Orders of ₹500 and above are delivered free anywhere in India.
Orders below ₹500 carry a flat delivery charge of ₹50.
Self-pickup from our centre is always free. Choose it at checkout and we will email you once the order is ready to collect.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2 working days of payment.
Some marketplace products are shipped directly by the maker, usually within 3 working days. The rest are held and shipped by us, on the timeline above.
For batch-tracked products we ship from our own stock, we dispatch on a first-expiry-first-out basis, so no batch sits on our shelves until it goes out of date. Makers who ship their own products manage their own batches.
Delivery time
Metro cities: typically 3–5 working days from dispatch.
Other locations: typically 5–8 working days from dispatch.
You will receive the courier name, AWB number and a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is booked.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel is delayed beyond 10 working days, write to info@asmakamgram.org with your order number and we will chase the courier on your behalf.
If delivery fails because the address was incomplete or nobody was available across repeated attempts, the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery; a second delivery charge may apply.
