About us
This platform is operated by Asmakam Gram, whose registered office is at Gift City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat 382355.
For marketplace products, we act as an e-commerce operator under Section 52 of the CGST Act and collect TCS accordingly.
Pricing and taxes
All prices shown are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
A GST-compliant tax invoice with HSN codes is issued for every order and emailed on payment confirmation.
Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at the moment you pay is the price that applies to your order.
Orders
An order is confirmed only when payment has been received and verified. A failed payment does not create an order.
We may cancel an order if a product turns out to be unavailable, mispriced, or cannot be delivered to your location. Any amount paid is refunded in full.
You may cancel an order yourself from your account until it has been packed.
Product information
Ayurvedic products are traditional preparations. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified practitioner before use, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing or on medication.
Natural products vary between batches in colour, texture and aroma. This is inherent to how they are made and is not a defect.
Marketplace vendors
Vendor products are listed only after our team has reviewed the product and the vendor's compliance documents.
Vendors are responsible for the quality, legality and safe packing of what they sell, and for shipping it within the stated timeline.
Vendors must hold valid FSSAI registration for food products and a valid AYUSH licence for ayurvedic preparations.

Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer is to be appointed.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
