Who we are
We are an NGO working across four areas — mindful living, nature restoration, cultural craft and women's livelihoods. This shop exists because those programmes need to fund themselves, and because the people in them make things worth buying.
What we do
Each of these started separately. They connect because the same communities are involved in all of them.
Svyam Bhu
Bringing Ayurveda and traditional wellness practices back into everyday life — not as a trend, but as a working knowledge system that has been tested for centuries.
Chitrakoot Project
Restoring degraded common land in Bundelkhand. Six years in, land that held only stone now holds trees, and the wells behind them hold water through summer.
Prem Sakhi Kala Mandir
Supporting potters, weavers and block printers whose crafts were being abandoned for want of a market rather than a lack of skill.
Bhanu Mahila Gram Seva Sanstha
Collectives run by women, making soap, food and textiles. Income reaches the household directly, with no middleman between the maker and the market.
For years the answer to “where can I buy this?” was a WhatsApp message and a bank transfer. Our records lived in a spreadsheet. Makers had product but no shelf, and buyers had interest but no way to act on it.
This platform closes that gap. It is a proper store — with GST invoices, batch tracking and courier integration — and it is also a marketplace where a woman running a soap collective in Chitrakoot can list a product and reach a customer in Bengaluru.
Our commitments
Every ayurvedic and food product carries a batch number, manufacturing date and expiry. We dispatch first-expiry-first-out, always.
Proper GST invoices with HSN codes on every order. AYUSH and FSSAI documentation checked before any regulated product is listed.
Commission on marketplace sales goes back into running the platform, never into margin. Prices for farm produce are fixed before sowing, so a bad season does not fall entirely on the farmer.
Natural dyes vary. Raw honey crystallises. Bilona ghee is grainy. We tell you why rather than processing the character out of things.
